Recycling in Ottery is a local charity dedicated to reducing landfill waste and giving back to our community. Founded in 1994, we’ve spent over 30 years championing reuse, recycling, and sustainability right here in Ottery and the surrounding areas.

Run predominantly by passionate volunteers, our mission is simple: to stop usable items from going to waste and to make a positive difference with the proceeds.

Whether it’s furniture, household goods, or other preloved items, we do our best to find them a second life. Every item reused is one less in the landfill—and every pound raised goes directly into supporting local projects and causes.
